Tennessee Battery has been in business since the early 80's.
Larry Thompson became the new owner/manager in 1993. Since then
Tennessee Battery has expanded to include not only commercial
and automotive batteries, but also batteries to fit nearly every
application.
Some of the batteries we carry are: Automotive, Commercial,
Cell Phone, Camcorder, Laptop, Computer Back-up, 2-way Radio,
Emergency/Exit Sign, Watch, Hearing Aid, Alkaline and Rechargeable
AA/AAA.
We can even custom weld battery packs.
Other items we carry are: Flashlights, Cell Phone Accessories,
Jumper Cables, Jumper Boxes, Wire, Cables, Terminals, Butt Connectors,
Assorted Wire Connectors, Cable Crimpers and much, much more.

SHIPPING - We ship our products
by UPS unless special circumstances require otherwise (P.O. Boxes).
If you need us to ship by a different carrier please let us know.
We charge only what the shipping cost, no inflated shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY - Merchandise
may be returned for credit if shipped incorrectly without any
penalty. If the error is ours, we will pay shipping. Merchandise
returned for other reasons may be assessed a 15% handling charge
and shipping will be at customers expense. All returns must have
an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Contact us for the
RMA number BEFORE returning any merchandise. Other than manufacturer
defect, all merchandise must be returned in saleable condition
and in the original container or box for a full refund.
We strive to make sure our shipments are correct
before they leave our store, however, like anyone we can make
a mistake. If this should happen and you receive the wrong item,
contact us and we will make arrangement to send the correct item
and have the incorrect one picked up. If you change your mind
or find you do not need the items, we will gladly refund the purchase
price and tax if applicable, however the customer will be responsible
for the return shipping charges. Please obtain an RMA for this
also.
